KEPF  -   Mission Statement

The ultimate mission of the Kohlberg Educational & Publishing Foundation is to publish consensual revealed wisdom developed and vetted with an awareness of scientific method applied psycho-socially.

A union of covenant theology with scientific method implies that, at an awareness level beyond the conventional, (in which there is no revelation), truth is subjective, depending on the parties to the covenant, the nature of the covenant and the shared evolving experiential wisdom that is dependent on, or driven by the covenant.

Whether that subjectivity of truth leads, in the limit, toward a singular objective truth is beyond the claim or knowledge of the sponsor of this Foundation.

A primary hypothesis of KEPF is that, within the mainstream process of human consciousness development, there is a progression from amoral instinct and impulse through seven stages of moral reasoning to a transcendent state experience of universal equilibrium, and that these stages were roughly indicated by Lawrence Kohlberg.

The Foundation is devoted to expressing its mission holistically, meaning "spiritually", "intellectually", "socially", and in tangible works, to name a few perspectives.
